Aalu ka Rita “Yogurt with Potatoes”
3 cups plain yogurt
2 potatoes, boiled and cut into small pieces
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon garam masala
Please put yogurt and potatoes (with an ‘e’) in a bowl and mix together. Mix together the spices and add to yogurt. Serve.
