Abakadoo ma’ Taheena (Middle Eastern Guacamole)
4 T lemon juice
3 T tahini
2 medium avocados
1/4 C parsley, finely chopped
2 T olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
pinch cayenne
Blend all ingredients into a smooth paste. Spread on a flat platter and sprinkle with paprika.

[…] Maza (also spelled mezza) is the Middle Eastern version of Spanish tapas or Chinese dim sum. It’s served as an appetizer to a fancy meal for a guest, or as a small meal in itself.
