BAKED MACEDONIA

3 T butter
3 T flour
2 T chopped onion
1 can tomatoes
1 C cooked rice
1 small can corn
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced or chopped
2 T lemon juice
1 t worcestershire sauce
Grated cheese
Salt and pepper
Cook onion in flour and butter for three minutes, add drained tomatoes and cook. Then add rice, corn, eggs, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Place in baking dish. Cover with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
