Banana rice
2 cups white rice
12 ripe bananas
1 can coconut cream
Salt
Peel and slice the bananas. Place them with the rice in a pot. Add water to 2 inches above the rice and boil gently until cooked, about 20 minutes.
When rice is cooked, mix in the coconut cream and salt to taste.
