Barry just looked over my shoulder as I typed this. “Yum! That sounds good,” he commented. He doesn’t even like broccoli! I guess he likes bacon more than he dislikes that green stuff.
5 C broccoli, lightly steamed
1/2 C olive oil
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 chopped onion
3 T red wine vinegar
Sunflower seeds (optional)
Toss together and let marinate for a little while.
