BULGUR PILAF

1 T butter
1 minced clove garlic
1 T pine nuts
1/2 C bulgur
1 C beef broth
Salt and white pepper

Saute garlic and pine nuts in butter. Add bulgur and saute for a couple minutes. Add beef broth, bring to boil. Simmer, covered, 12-15 minutes. Season to taste.
