Chocolate-dipped peanut-butter crackers

This can be done with Saltines, Ritz crackers, or even oyster crackers (little miniature ones). People LOVE these.

Spread peanut butter on one cracker and top with a second cracker. Dunk in dipping chocolate and let harden.
