COCONUT PIE

2 eggs
1 C milk
1 C sugar
1 C coconut
1 T flour
1 t vanilla
3 t butter
Beat eggs. Add sugar, milk, vanilla, flour, butter, mixing well. Add coconut. Bake in unbaked pie shell at 350 til golden brown.
