Crepes

Makes enough for one or two people.

Mix together:
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 T melted butter
1/4 cup flour
1 T sugar
dash salt
Cook in a well-oiled crepe pan over medium heat and fill with the filling of your choice — lightly sweetened marscapone cheese is probably my favorite, garnished with chocolate curls.
