Crock pot stroganoff

1 lb steak, cut in strips
1/2 C onion, diced
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/3 C water
Celery or green peppers – optional
1/2 C sour cream

Put all ingredients except sour cream in crockpot. Cook 6 to 8 hours. Add sour cream just before serving. Serve over noodles or rice.
