DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

From Jane Fleetwood of Expeditors

Easy, easy, easy…. That’s my motto.

Three boxes (one dozen per box) of Duncan Hines (pretty sure them were DH) double chocolate muffin mix for making two dozen muffins. With the liquid add a good pour of vanilla (1 tbls or so.) Pecans… 1+ cup. I toasted them in the microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes, shaking several times during and allowing them to cool completely before stirring them in the mix. The muffin cups were filled darn close to the top of the paper cup. I let them cool all the way before messing with the glaze. The glaze is 1/2 can of dark chocolate frosting, probably Duncan Hines again, melted in the microwave about 40 seconds. Then dip the muffins in the glaze.
