Easy BBQ Chicken Over Rice

1 onion
1 pound boneless chicken, diced
14 oz can chicken broth
1-1/2 C instant rice
1/4 C catsup
1 T brown sugar
1 T lemon juice
1 T vinegar
1 t worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Dry mustard

Saute the onions and the chicken. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until rice is done.

If you have leftover rice, you can reduce the broth to 1/2 C and leave out the instant rice.
