Easy Granola

1/2 t salt
6 C rolled oats
1 C wheat germ
1 C nuts
1 C raisins
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 C honey
1/2 C canola oil

Mix the dry ingredients first, then add oil and honey. Bake in 300 degree oven until lightly browned. Add raisins after baking.
