Ginger Dip for Vegetables
1 C Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1/2 t ginger
2 t grated onion
4 t soy sauce
2 t milk
2 t vinegar
Mix ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 or more hours. Serve with fresh
veggies, especially peapods, zucchini, and cauliflower.
