Hat Cake

1 cake mix
4 C powdered sugar
5 T water/juice/milk
1 stick margarine
Prepare cake mix. Bake 3 1/2 cups of batter in a greased bowl. Bake remainder on a greased round pizza pan (spread batter evenly) for about 15 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Invert “brim” onto platter with a spatula. Spread it with 1 cup icing. Place crown on top, spread with 1 1/4 C icing. Decorate with icing, ribbons, and flowers.
