Homemade Croutons

4 C French bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 t basil
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t thyme
1/2 rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 T olive oil
1/2 t salt
Preheat the oven to 350.
Toss bread with herbs and garlic. Drizzle the olive oil over it and toss again. Sprinkle the salt over it, and toss a third time.
Spread the cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
