Honey Peanut Loaf

This is super-decadent, and a nice way to impress houseguests around the holidays.

2 T butter
1/4 C honey
1/4 C peanuts
1/4 C golden raisins
1/4 t cardamom
1 pkg of 10 refrigerated biscuits

Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter in 8″ round baking pan (cake pan) in preheating oven. Stir in honey, peanuts, raisins, and cardamom. Arrange biscuits on top in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown. Invert and serve.
