		<description>WOW!!! This cooked up perfectly!! Thank you. I&#039;ve been trying to figure out how to easily cook amaranth. Mine usually ended up watery or dried out. AMAZING results... My pressure cooker suggests adding oil to beans and such so that the valve doesn&#039;t get clogged, so I also added 1/2 tsp of canola oil. I make my amaranth as a porridge so I put pumpkin pie spice and vanilla in with the water. Yum :)</description>
