Impossible Quiche

I once lost track of my friend, Tara Narcross. When I Googled her name, I found this Impossible Quiche recipe. That’s how I knew I’d found the right Tara, since she introduced me to Impossible Quiche back in 1982. Following is my version of it.

3 eggs
1-1/2 C milk
3/4 C bisquick

Beat together until smooth. In lightly greased pie pan, arrange your filling ingredients and pour the batter over. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Can be topped with cheese for last 5 minutes.

Filling ideas:
Asparagus
Sauteed onions
Blue cheese
Colby cheese
Mushrooms
Sliced tomatoes
Black olives
Ham
Bacon
Chicken

Some gourmet filling combinations:
Jalapenos – cream cheese – onion
Mushrooms – sun dried tomatos – goat cheese
Smoked salmon – cheddar cheese
Red bell pepper – black olives – sauteed garlic slices
