Irish Cream Liqueur

2 eggs
1 1/3 C evaporated milk
1/2 tsp chocolate syrup
1 T vanilla extract
1/3 t lemon extract
1/4 t instant coffee granules
1/4 C granulated sugar
1 3/4 C Irish whiskey
Blend ingredients in blender. Bottle and let mellow in fridge for at 1-2 weeks before serving. Store in fridge; keeps up to 3 months.
