Jacquie Caters Broccoli Salad

8 C broccoli florets, rinsed and drained
12 strips bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
1/2 C shelled, salted sunflower seeds
1 C dried tart cherries
1-1/2 C mayonnaise
4 T raspberry or cherry vinegar
2/3 C granulated sugar

Combine broccoli, bacon, sunflower seeds and cherries in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar; mix until smooth. Pour mayonnaise mixture over broccoli mixture; mix until ingredients are well coated.
Refrigerate, covered until ready to serve.
Serves 8 to 12.
