Khissoo (Moroccan Carrot Salad)
6 carrots, grated
1/4 C sugar
4 T lemon juice
4 T olive oil
1 t orange blossom water or rosewater
Combine all ingredients and allow to chill for at least an hour.

[...] Maza (also spelled mezza) is the Middle Eastern version of Spanish tapas or Chinese dim sum. It’s served as an appetizer to a fancy meal for a guest, or as a small meal in itself.
