Korean Bean Sprouts

8 oz bean sprouts
1 t salt
1/4 C sliced scallions
1 T toasted sesame seeds
1 T toasted sesame oil

In a saucepan with a lid, bring about a half cup of water to a boil with the salt. Add the sprouts, return to a simmer, and steam for about 5-8 minutes. Drain well and mix with the remaining ingredients.
