MARINADE FOR BARBECUED CHICKEN (GUAM)

Makes enough for a whole chicken
1/4 C fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)
1/2 C soy sauce
1 small onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced (2 t)
1/8 t black pepper
Combine and pour over chicken, let marinate in fridge for at least an hour.
