Middle Eastern Apple Smoothie (Sarbat)
2 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
2 C cold milk
2 T sugar
1/2 T rose or orange flower water
Put the apples, milk, and sugar in blender and blend until smooth. Add flower water. Serve in chilled glasses.
