Nadi (Saudia Arabian meat with walnuts)

3 T butter
1 lb ground lamb or beef
3 T cilantro, chopped
1/2 C orange juice
Zest of 1 orange, finely chopped
1/4 C finely chopped walnuts
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 t allspice
Heat the butter in a saucepan, then add the meat and cilantro and saute for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Add orange juice and cook for 5 more minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve on a large platter surrounded by white rice.
