Olive oil bread dip with dried herbs

This one is easily made with ingredients on hand, since it mainly uses dried herbs.

1 t crushed red pepper
1 t ground black pepper
1 t dried oregano
1 t dried rosemary
1 t dried basil
1 t parsley flakes
1 t granulated garlic
1 t minced garlic
1 t kosher salt
1/4 – 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, warmed briefly in the microwave

Mix all the spices and spread on a plate. Pour the oil over and let sit for an hour.

OK, Marg, I will try this, though it looks
like an awful lot of herbs. I think I have
most if not all of them. I think I will make
a crock pot chili for Sunday.
