4 ripe pears
1 C water
1/4 C instant powdered milk
1 T vanilla soy powder
2 T frozen orange-pineapple juice concentrate
3-4 ice cubes

To prepare the pears, cut off the stem and the bottom and cut each one in half vertically (you won’t need to peel them). Use a grapefruit spoon or melon baller to remove the core from each half.

Put the pear halves and the remaining ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
