Pearl saké cocktails

We’re big fans of Momokawa sake or saké, which is brewed outside Portland, Oregon by the SakeOne corporation. Our favorite is their unfiltered Pearl, a sweet premium saké that is cloudy and white and usually drunk chilled, like wine.

Momokawa saké can also be used for making cocktails, which they call “sakétinis.”

Sake Latte

2 oz Kahlua
Serve on the rocks.

Orange Creamsicle
Muddle two sugar cubes with fresh orange juice
3 oz Momokawa Pearl saké
1 oz cream
Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Orange Pearls
