Poppy Seed Dressing (no sugar)
1/2 C plain yogurt
2 T orange juice
2 t poppy seeds, toasted in a dry skillet for a couple of minutes
1/2 t cider vinegar
Dash of black pepper
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
