Salmon Pate

From Meps’ Mom, Esther Schulte. Great for holiday gatherings or potlucks.

Line a 2 cup bowl or a loaf pan with plastic wrap.

Blend together: 7 3/4 oz can of salmon
Either 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing
or
2 T Mrs. Dash salt free seasoning
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/3 chopped or grated seeded cucumber
2 T chopped scallions

Press into bowl and chill for 1 hour. Unmold and serve with crackers and cucumber slices.

    in a word – deeelish!!

    i have made this pate for years and it’s always a hit. the first christmas day festivities i took it too it went over so well it was requested that i bring it from that time on.
