This wonderful bread-machine recipe doesn’t have spaghetti in it, it’s just great alongside spaghetti. It also makes the most wonderful garlic bread in the world.

Place all ingredients in your bread machine in the order indicated by the manual, and press start.

1 pkg yeast
3 C bread flour (or 1 C whole wheat flour and 2 C bread flour)
1 T sugar
1 t garlic salt
1/3 grated parmesan
1 t dried Italian seasoning
1 T olive oil
1-1/2 C warm water
