Tomatillo guacamole
2 tomatillos
2 avocados
1 T fresh lime juice
Dash salt
Remove the papery skins from the tomatillos and dice them. Peel, seed, and chop the avocados. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, mashing the avocado with a fork.
