Virgin Goombay Smash

The real Goombay Smash is incredibly strong. This version is for your non-drinking friends, or for those who have already had too many.

Pineapple-orange juice
Splash of apricot nectar
Splash of coconut milk

Pour over lots of ice and stir in a generous pour of orange or lemon-lime soda.
