Wasabi Dip

2 t wasabi powder
1/4 C silken tofu
2 cloves garlic
2 T rice vinegar
1 T tamari
1/4 C yogurt or sour cream
1/4 C vegetable oil
1 T toasted sesame oil
Reconstitute the wasabi powder with enough water to make a paste, and place in blender with the tofu, garlic, vinegar, tamari, and yogurt. Turn on the blender and then slowly add the oils. You can thin it with water, a little at a time, to make a dressing instead of a dip.

This makes a good dressing for a potato-and-cashew salad with green beans.
