Wilted Lettuce Dressing

(from Sharon Stellrecht — often made when Dave grows too much lettuce)

Dice 4 slices of bacon and fry until crisp. (if you like your bacon bits crisp, remove them now and add back when tossing salad).

Add:
3 T vinegar
3 T water
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/2 T brown sugar
1/2 t dry mustard
1 t onion flakes
1 t celery salt

Heat to boiling and pour over lettuce. Toss until wilted.
